The Wedding of Kim & David at Auchen Castle Moffat, Scotland
My last wedding of 2010 took place just a couple of days before Christmas. It was a great day from start to finish! Two nicer people you couldn’t wish to meet and the venue and staff were fantastic. The stunning interiors of Auchen Castle in Moffat and the 34 acres of private grounds and woodlands that provide its stunning backdrop make this venue a really romantic place to get married. The only thing I didn’t like was the -9°C temperature in the morning when I got up early to start preparing! My favourite part of the day was probably Davids speech – despite admitting he was slightly nervous he proceeded to get up and produce a speech anyone would be proud of – also extremely funny! I promised myself that even with the cold weather we would get some shots outside and I’m so glad Kim & David were up for it as we got some great ones. The photographs are absolutly amazing and so beautiful,i agree the outside shots are stunning,well worth getting freezing for…lol
As the mother of the bride i might be biased of course but all credit to paul,most of the time we forgot he was taking the photographs which is exactly the way kim and dave wanted it to be…very relaxed.
Paul was extremly professional,very easy going,very caring and understanding of what kim and dave wanted in their photographs,plus he was a very lovely person,i would highly recommend him to any couple looking for an amazing photographer.
